Michelle Armstrong is the author of Manage Your Mind, Master Your Life,
and creator of The Armstrong Method™. She is a contributing writer for
Bliss Magazine and a contributing author for the newly released book series
Thank God I. Michelle is the owner of a LA based company called Mind
Management LLC which she founded in 2004. Michelle holds a Masters Degree in
Metaphysics, is a certified Results Coach & Workplace Trainer, a university
trained Mental-Health Counselor accredited in Australia, a Clinical
Hypnotherapist & NLP Trainer. She is currently completing her PhD and a
certification through ACE as a personal Fitness Trainer. Originally from
down-under, Michelle has coached and trained thousands worldwide in the areas of
human effectiveness, money management, self-esteem and performance issues,
spiritual development, relationships and health challenges. Michelle has
appeared on numerous TV and radio shows in both Canada and the US.
Having experienced firsthand what it's like to struggle with and overcome
obstacles to success such as self-sabotaging habits & behaviors, debt and
depression, Michelle now speaks to thousands of people every year on how they
can create more wealth, health and joy in their lives by more effectively
managing their minds.
Michelle has spent over a decade studying and researching the most effective
methods and approaches for long-lasting and sustainable behavioral change. She
has committed her life to assisting people find balance, purpose and passion in
their lives. Michelle is extremely passionate about making a difference at the
grass-roots level and often donates her time to speak to non-profit groups
