Created by Michelle Armstrong, The Armstrong Method™ is a life changing 6-step program that is fast becoming a leader in transformational change. Overview of the 6 Practices of The Armstrong Method™
Armstrong Practice #1: Know Your Outcomes™
You are more likely to fulfill your desired outcomes & goals when you have a clear and detailed picture of what you want to have happen in the course of a day, a year, or your life. Setting clear intentions and knowing exactly what you want your outcome to be before you start taking action, helps to keep you focused & motivated. Unfortunately many people take action without considering their intended result and as a consequence often end up becoming distracted, overwhelmed, confused and frustrated.
Armstrong Practice #2: Live Your Core Values™
To achieve true happiness & fulfillment in life you must live in integrity and alignment with your core values. Problems arise for people when there is an unconscious conflict of values that creates an internal tug-of-war resulting in procrastination, confusion and feelings of helplessness. When you can learn to align your values with your desired outcomes, success becomes almost effortless. When you live the values YOU choose, rather than the ones imposed on you from external sources, you will feel liberated and be free to live your life as you desire.
Armstrong Practice #3: Reframe Your Thinking™
What you ultimately get in life depends on what you continually think about. The substance of your thoughts manifests as your experience. Negative thoughts produce disempowering emotional states that result in undesirable outcomes. Empowering thoughts, combined with resourceful language, inevitably lead to success. Learning to consciously reframe your thinking and the stories that you tell yourself is the key to achieving desired success in your life and business.
Armstrong Practice #4: Align Your Beliefs™
What the mind can believe, the mind can achieve. Whatever you choose to believe about yourself and the world will become true for you in your experience. Unfortunately, most people are walking around with limiting beliefs buried deep within their unconscious minds that do not serve their intentions. These limiting beliefs form a resistance to moving forward in your life. When you choose beliefs that support your goals, you expand your world of possibilities to encompass the fulfillment of your wildest dreams.
Armstrong Practice #5: Manage Your Emotions™
At the core of who you are, you are an energetic, emotional being. Your level of success is based on your ability to manage your emotional states and energy. When you allow yourself to be consumed by negative emotions such as guilt, fear, hurt or anger, you sabotage your best intentions. Positive & supportive feelings such as love, confidence, motivation, & gratitude are the fuel that propels you forward. The key to achieving success & happiness in life is learning learn how to access positive emotions, such as confidence, acceptance, love and freedom, in any moment with volition.
Armstrong Practice #6: Direct Your Focus™
Wherever you choose to direct your focus will determine the reality you end up experiencing. For example, if you focus on ‘being in debt’, then being in debt is what you will experience. If instead you choose to focus on ‘abundance’, then abundance is what you will experience. Many people also choose (not consciously) to direct their focus to a future which hasn’t happened yet or a past they cannot change. Neither option empowers a person as it only results in distracting them from the present moment, the place of personal power – the now.
The Creator of The Armstrong Method™
The Armstrong Method™ was developed by internationally recognized speaker, coach and author Michelle Armstrong, initially as a means to overcome her personal struggles with clinical depression. After experiencing the success of her system with depression, Michelle began using her system to overcome other obstacles that impeded desired progress in her career, her relationships, her health and her spirituality. The impact to Michelle’s life was positively life changing. She became so excited by the results that she coined the system ‘The Armstrong Method’ and immediately implemented into her coaching programs and seminars so that others can benefit in the same ways that she has.
Today Michelle travels all around the world teaching and speaking about The Armstrong Method™ (TAM). As a result of TAM, people have tripled and quadrupled their incomes, actualized their dreams and visions, eliminated their fears and sabotaging habits, and discovered a potential within they never knew existed.
The Armstrong Method - Workshop Syllabus
Orientation and Overview: How The Armstrong Method Works
Participants receive an overview of what they can expect, as well as tips and suggestions for how to get the most value from the workshop. The stage is set for people to engage powerfully with the material, maximize the value of their participation, and produce powerful results in an accelerated time frame.
Participants learn:
- Why they are they way they are
- How to beat procrastination, fear, anxiety, overwhelm and stress
- How to tap into their authentic self and unleash their purpose and passion
- How they are creating negative results in their life and how to overcome
- How to let go of a negative past and be effective in the present
- How to create more choice and possibility in their lives
- How to become a money magnet an easily triple your income
- How to hear your intuitive voice and eliminate the inner critic
- How to eliminate unwanted habits and self-sabotaging behaviors
- How you can finally be free to be the person you want to be
- Why it’s possible to have everything you want in life and more
Day one involves group discussion and interaction and accelerated learning techniques.
Regular breaks are provided throughout the day. There is a 45-minute lunch break.
Participants learn:
- How to align their values with their intentions
- How to eliminate limiting beliefs that do not serve them
- How to manage their time more effectively
- How to develop a laser-like focus and unstoppable motivation
- How to manage their emotions and master their behaviors
- How to more effectively get their needs met by others

Day two involves a very special guest speaker, group discussion and interaction and ends with a group celebration.
