except within 7 days of purchase. To request

will not be issued if an event was purchased
was in conjunction with a special offer/
discount. Events and items purchased may be
gifted to friends, family members if the
paying party is unable to attend due to a
date change. Some conditions do apply so

discuss. There are no refunds on special
offers or discount offers. Refunds can take
up to 21 business days and are issued in the
form of a company check. There are no
refunds back to credit cards.
Guest Speakers: Mind Management LLC
do not endorse nor take any responsibility
for the opinions of any its guest speakers
or recommended coaches. Mind Management LLC
takes no responsibility for any behaviors,
occurrences, outcomes as a result of its
programs, products or services.
Guarantees: Mind Management LLC does
not guarantee any financial results nor does
it replace the advice of professional
medical/health practitioners, legal or
financial advisors. Mind Management LLC
reserves the right to choose who it wishes
to work with.
Speaking: A non-refundable 50%
deposit is required to hold all speaking
engagements and must be paid in advance of
the requested speaking date. Clients are
required to sign a speaking agreement in
advance of their engagement.
No Recording Policy: Mind Management
LLC does not allow anyone to record any of
its events in any format whether it be by
recording, videotaping, digital recording,
filming or by any other means unless
permission has been given in writing by
Michelle Armstrong, founder of Mind
Management LLC.
Cancellation Policy - Speaking: If it
is necessary to cancel a speaking agreement
within 14 days of the speaking date, Mind
Management LLC will re-book the program on a
mutually convenient date with no penalty if
the program is rescheduled within six
months. If the program is cancelled and not
rescheduled, the initial deposit will be
considered full and complete payment. If the
speaker attends the event and does not speak
due to event schedule conflicts then full
payment will be required.
Cancellation Policy – Coaching: A
minimum of 48-hours notice is required to
avoid the cost of a full coaching session
which is $US250.
Product: There are no refunds on
products purchased. Customers are required
to pay for shipping & handling. Please allow
up to 14 business days to receive product
purchased via the Mind Management website.
